Sine wave inverter AC PowerCube 24 V
Description
The AC PowerCubes supply the entire on-board system from the 24 V battery with 230 V sine wave power – from the air conditioning through the galley to the refrigeration units – and make it possible to switch off the diesel generator for longer periods. This means less fuel consumption, less noise and fewer operating hours for the generator. The industrial electronics based on high-frequency switching technology achieve an efficiency of over 92 %.
Features
- Pure sine wave, 230 V
- Efficiency over 92 %
- No ripple from AC to the battery – stable DC system
- No humming or buzzing, very quiet
- Fan-cooled, resistant to high ambient temperatures
- Dual DC connections (2 x positive, 2 x negative) for two battery banks
- For use in a complete WhisperPower system
Application
For larger yachts with a 24 V battery bank that want to run air conditioning, galley and refrigeration for longer periods without a running generator.
