Inverter/charger WPC PowerCentre

Description

The WPC units combine a high-quality sine wave inverter with a battery charger and can be coupled with any WhisperPower Genverter via the generator input. The AC outputs can be connected in parallel so that generator or shore power is supplemented by the inverter's power. Even without a generator they work as the main power supply and charge the batteries as soon as mains or generator power is available.

Features

• Sine wave inverter and battery charger in one unit
• Pure sine wave, 230 V AC
• Supplements generator or shore power with the inverter power
• Automatic transfer to the AC loads, switching time under 15 ms
• 6-stage, adjustable charging characteristic
• Temperature compensation via the WPC-BTS sensor
• Versions with one or two AC inputs

Application

For yachts with a WhisperPower generator or high shore power demand that need a powerful, automatically switching 230 V supply with integrated battery charger.

Selection guide

The versions with one AC input are developed for operation with the Whisper Piccolo, SQ and Genverter generators; the versions with two AC inputs accept generator and shore power separately.
