DC-DC converter Orion-Tr, galvanically isolated

Description

The Orion-Tr is a galvanically isolated DC-DC converter for 12, 24 and 48 V systems. All models are short-circuit proof and can be connected in parallel in any number. Remote on/off switching makes a high-current switch in the input wiring unnecessary and can be controlled with a low-power switch or the engine run/stop switch. When mounted with the screw terminals facing down, protection rating IP43 applies; no special tools are needed for installation.

Features

• Galvanically isolated DC-DC converter
• Input and output voltages of 12, 24 and 48 V in various combinations
• Power ratings from 110 to 400 W, output currents from 2.5 to 30 A
• Short-circuit proof, unlimited number of units can be connected in parallel
• Connection for remote on/off switching
• IP43 when mounted with the screw terminals facing down

Application

For onboard networks in which two voltage levels must be coupled with galvanic isolation, for example 24 V from the 12 V network or 12 V from a 48 V system.

Selection guide

Select by input and output voltage and output current. If you need an isolated charger with Bluetooth and a charge curve, choose the Orion-Tr Smart in the isolated version instead.
