Storm jib
Description
The storm jib provides greater stability in strong winds and makes the boat more visible in difficult conditions. Developed by a sailmaker, made of heavy polyester sailcloth, in a compact shape and bright signal colour.

Application
For storm conditions when the normal headsail cannot be reefed any further. For regattas, check the applicable safety regulations for setting the storm jib.
