Boat varnish Marine N°1
Description
Marine N°1 is an easy-to-use and very economical varnish with a consumption of approx. 20 m² per litre per coat. The binder is based on linseed oil, tung oil and natural resins. For the best possible protection, up to 8 coats can be applied.

- Consumption approx. 20 m² per litre per coat
- Substrate clean, dry, free of dust and grease; apply from 12 °C
- First coat thinned 5 %
- Surface dry after 6 h, recoatable after 24 h, fully cured after 7 days
- Sand with 180 grit between coats
- Up to 8 coats for the best possible protection
- Clean tools immediately with thinner
Application
For wooden surfaces on boats that need long-lasting varnish protection; the gloss level is adjusted by adding Gelomat to the last two coats.
