Refrigerator/freezer unit Magnum, seawater-cooled
Description
The Isotherm Magnum units are designed for vessels with exceptionally high refrigeration demand, for example in tropical waters. They use the surrounding water to increase cooling capacity. An integrated seawater pump – quiet, self-priming, dry-run resistant and self-venting – carries the cooling water through the cooling section of the compressor. The highly efficient heat exchanger is made of corrosion-resistant copper-nickel alloy and has a zinc anode.
