Refrigeration/freezer unit SP, self-pumping seawater-cooled, ITC+
Description
Isotherm SP units cool with seawater via a water-cooled condenser and need neither fan nor pump: they are quiet and energy-efficient. The SP unit dissipates heat via the sink drain hose, with the movement of the hull creating natural water circulation. A special hull fitting with a spiral heat exchanger ensures efficient cooling; on sailing boats even minimal movement is enough to carry away warm water and draw in cool water, which also prevents fouling.
Features
- Seawater-cooled condenser, no fans or pumps
- Quiet and energy-efficient
- Heat dissipation via the sink drain hose, hull movement provides water circulation
- Special hull fitting with spiral heat exchanger
- Intelligent temperature control ITC+
- Minimal boat movement is sufficient, also prevents fouling
Application
For sailing yachts and boats where a seawater-cooled refrigeration system without fan or pump is required.
