Refrigerator/freezer unit ITC+ with holding plate, air-cooled
Description
The ITC digital display together with a holding plate forms the ITC+ refrigeration unit. Here the energy storage effect is enhanced thanks to the wide choice of eutectic plates. The energy management charges the holding plate when the batteries are highly charged (with the engine running or on mains power) and gradually releases the cold energy to relieve the batteries when they are the only energy source.
Features
- ITC digital display with holding plate (eutectic plate) as cold storage
- Intelligent energy management: charging of the holding plate at high battery state of charge
- Gradual release of the cold energy relieves the batteries
- Air-cooled: fan blows air through the condenser
- Ventilate the compressor compartment well (air intake from below, exhaust at the top)
- For 12/24 V on-board voltage
Application
For yachts that want to pre-cool for their refrigeration needs with the engine running or on shore power and get by with as little battery discharge as possible at anchor.
