Description
Silic One is a biocide-free, high-solids, silicone-based fouling release coating that cures by atmospheric moisture. A hydrogel micro-layer forms a smooth, repellent surface with low surface energy and prevents organisms from adhering to the hull and propellers. The silicone polymers provide the self-cleaning effect; the service life on the hull is 2 years.

Application

Selection guide
Adhesion between Light Primer or Conversion Primer and Silic One is provided by the Silic One Tiecoat bonding primer.
