It galvanically isolates the onboard network from the shore power protective earth and creates a separate onboard protective earth so that RCDs (residual current devices) work. The toroidally wound technology operates quietly and with high efficiency; a soft-start circuit prevents the shore breaker from tripping when connecting.

Features

Prevents electrolytic corrosion

Galvanic isolation from the shore power protective earth, separate onboard protective earth for functioning RCDs

Toroidally wound: low noise, high efficiency

Soft-start circuit prevents the shore breaker from tripping when connecting

Metal housing, 50/60 Hz

Versions with 2000 W, 3600 W and 7000 W for 115/230 V or 230 V

Application

For yachts and boats with a 230 V shore connection on which the onboard network is to be galvanically isolated from the shore supply.

Safety note

Installation and connection to the 230 V mains only by a qualified electrician and in accordance with local regulations.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0481/8832/6039/files/victron_isolation_tr__2000w_115_230v_29536_356c7a75-f7bf-4795-a62d-9cc829f2530f.jpg?v=1793267922
